I don't know abt Bangladeshis or Pakistanis... it's just that my
experience with the local vendors in India is that they always
think they can talk their way out of it, refuse to enforce QC
checks, take their own sweet time doing it with no sense of
urgency..... it just drives me up the wall... or rather to the
point of being totally stone faced, shouting at them in the face or
over the phone till everyone can see how hopeless they
are....
One ad agency there got me to a point where I did the draft artwork
myself in photoshop (and I'm no designer... v amateur with
photoshop), send it to them and say "Can you do the artwork as it
is shown here? Even a simple desktop artist can do... i dun need an
ad agency if you can't?"
